Have you ever imagined how fashion trends? Who discovers them all of a sudden? When does it begin? When does it end? When will it get outdated? And so on and on.
Someone who tries different things in fashion and who does trial and error in different styles is responsible for trends. Until it becomes appealing and balancing, it stays in trend. When it leaves behind the required or basic style, it becomes tacky. Ultimately, being trendy or tacky depends on you and your fashion preferences.
