This week let me zero in on the differences between Decorative and Functional Buttons

While there is a trait of finer suits functional buttons also called Surgeon’s Cuffs that make tailoring the sleeve pricey as it needs alteration at the shoulder, I recommend you stick to fixed buttons unless your suit is tailor-made or the sleeves fit off the rack.
