“A ship is always safe at shore but that is not what it’s built for.” – Albert Einstein
Tailoring that’s driven by trends can be achieved by using traditional techniques too. On a Monday morning, especially at the workplace, men’s suit should display considered cuts, premium fabrics and yeah, clever designs. Check for everything from double-breasted blazers to the classic three-piece tailored suit to make you look splendidly impressive at your workplace

DAPPER SUMMER OUTFITS THAT ARE GUARANTEED TO TURN THE HEAT ON! – PART 2
There is so much to cover in terms of summer fashion for men that I felt a follow-up blog to the topic may well serve the purpose. Men, unlike their gender counterpart, don’t have the leverage to mix and match basics with solid & bold prints, vibrant accessories or vivid textures.
Organic cotton shirt:
An organic cotton shirt, especially crafted for the beach, comes as the perfect option for light summer layering. A blend of hemp and organic cotton is really soft and supple, offering appreciable protection from the vagaries of the sun at the seaside or even after sunset. We’ve already discussed the significance of a regular T-shirt in the previous post of the blog. It is a staple of any man’s wardrobe, and a worthwhile investment for the long haul. Any quality T-shirt should retain its form-fitting silhouette even after multiple washes. The most important part, however, is to check for the softness of the material.
The rise of retro-inspired graphics is evident in recent times and only a cotton T-shirt can do justice to this growing trend. Leveraging the dynamic vibe of the T-shirt, pair it with black jeans that is skin-fit with a toned-down detailing. Give a zing look to the outfit by layering with more refined pieces such as a bespoke utility jacket. It serves as not only a useful layer, but also as a versatile wear for the sunny evenings too! Summers are definitely a time to enjoy without your having to reinvent the wheel or go the whole hog every single time. You need to take things in your stride and make them look easy. Likewise, when it comes to understanding which outfit pieces work for you and which don’t, you just need to look things with a fresh perspective. Are they in line with either the current or emerging trends? Summers define the trend for the rest of the seasons to follow through. Take the classic combo of a short-sleeve shirt teamed up with a retro-imagined nautical flavor and a pair of blue denim jeans wedded impeccably, the best part, as for me, is the balmy shades of the ‘feel blue’ hue adding to the buildup, accentuated by matching accessories, either for a contemporary look or throwback appeal.
Power of Neutrals:
Summer casual style isn’t about just being flashy or gaudy, but maintaining a fairly simple color palette. Neutrals can bring in the same amount of excitement to any look. Besides, it is easy to establish a casual look with a simple formula: the starting point of all summer casual is a solid colored top (may be additional scores for everything else with a bit of textured details). Pair the outfit with a stretchy jeans featuring a lighter color. Accessorize it with a pair of white sneakers and other pieces of shades from the same color family. This coordinated effort in effect can result in producing a chic and stylish look overall.

“Hold my hand and we are halfway there, hold my hand and I’ll take you there.” -Maria, character from West Side Story

Get The Perfect Vintage Look With An Old Overcoat
#ThrowbackThursdays
One of the best ways to mix one or two vintage pieces into an otherwise modern outfit is to wear one or two vintage pieces at a time. Your new, made-in-2021 suit may team up exceedingly well with a 1960’s necktie and your papa’s overcoat he bought in 1985.
Unstructured Suit To Style Up This Wednesday
#WearItWednesday
This Wednesday we will change the suiting game. I like this unstructured suit in stretch seersucker. Unlined, unpadded and with multiple ways to wear it, I call it the Un-suit owing to its versatility. This blazer features a cool, crisp seersucker, a wrinkled warm-weather fabric, with sufficiently added stretch for a stylish and nice look.
Top tailors are disrupting the made-to-measure market in more creative ways!
Don’t Forget To Unbutton Your Coat While Sitting
#TeachingTuesdays
Do you unbutton your suit while sitting?
Usually you button up your coat, but remember to always open the button of coat while sitting. It’s not a type dressing style; just you’ll be more comfortable when you unbutton your coat while sitting on the sofa or chair. This will prevent your coat from stretching, and lowers the risk of popping up your button.

“You can never cross the ocean until you have the courage to lose sight of the shore.” – Christopher Columbus
What has been your summer experience? What are the challenges that you need to deal with during the season? I’m sure you would’ve had to grapple with the right outfit sense, especially at the workplace. Making the right choice can be a tad difficult. Like this crafted-to-impress cotton linen jacket which comes with lightweight texture combined with a sophisticated, wide cut that’s entirely flattering. It can be worn layer on, like a jacket for a supremely light, comfortable feel.
9-11 We will never forget
If we learn nothing else from this tragedy, we learn that life is short and there is no time for hate. On that day our enemies made a mistake. They thought they saw weakness, but Americans will never loose in the end and these colors don’t run. May God bless all the hero’s and their families that sacrificed their lives. WE WILL NEVER FORGET!

Every man should own a black suit on his big day, and this tuxedo jacket is just about as sharp as they could get. Generally tailored from wool with satin lapels, welt pockets, cuffs and covered buttons, it is supple and structured through the shoulders and chest. It comes with internal pockets to store one’s speech and card.

Synthetic Blends Of World War 2
#ThrowbackThursdays
When WWII started, wool ran short of supply, so suit manufacturers for the first time experimented with synthetic blends. Styles became more pared back; colors more dark, and patterns were subtle herringbones or pinstripes. Although suits were tailored, trousers never used to be slim fits like today’s fashion suits. Rather, pants were comparatively loose sporting a tartly ironed crease down the front.
