Fashion experts call it a regal outfit and the reasons are simple and straight—he chose leather boots instead of oxfords, black silk cummerbunds instead of regular belts, a custom starburst design brooch instead of floral lapel pins, and floppy silky bow ties instead of butterfly or diamond bowties.
